Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, retransmission or publication of this content, even in part, is prohibited without the prior written consent of Saryga. It constitutes infringement under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit notyga.fr or write to us, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights. It is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

What this site does not collect

You can browse notyga.fr without giving us any data. The site has no forms, no user accounts and no comments. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics, advertising or social media tools, and embeds no content from other sites: even the fonts are hosted on the site itself. That is why you are not shown a consent banner.

Server logs

Like any web server, the one hosting this site receives your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and information about your browser on every visit. This server is run by Saryga, on a machine rented from OVH SAS and located in the European Union. It records this data in its server logs to keep the site secure and running, which is a legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). OVH SAS provides the infrastructure as a processor and does not use this data, which is not transferred outside the EU. We only look at it to investigate an incident or abuse, and it is deleted automatically after 14 days.

Messages you send us

If you write to contact@notyga.com, we process your email address, your name and the content of your message.

• Purpose: to reply and follow up on your request, including preparing a possible collaboration.
• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the requests we receive and, where you contact us with a view to a contract, steps taken at your request before entering into it (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Retention: three years from our last exchange, then deleted. If we work together, correspondence is kept for the duration of the engagement, then for as long as the law requires.
• Recipients: only the people at Saryga who handle your request. Our email is provided by Microsoft (Microsoft 365), which acts on our behalf and may process some data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

Your data is never sold, rented or passed on, and is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

Your rights

You have the following rights over your data at any time:

• right of access, rectification and erasure;
• right to restriction of processing and right to object;
• right to data portability;
• right to give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise them, write to contact@notyga.com or by post to Saryga, 566 chemin de la Carrière, 71700 Tournus, France. We will reply within one month. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you to confirm it.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or online at cnil.fr.
